Art activity 6
For this activity, you should use the questions from the previous activities to help you begin a conversation about art. You should give opinions about the artwork and ask the artist questions.
Then, think about the EDGE2 exhibition and the artworks. You could also take a trip to the Bruny Island Neck.
In the activity below write down 6 different words that best describe the exhibition. For example, interesting, contemporary, colourful,.... Then, with your teacher's help, make a Haiku poem.
"Haiku" is a traditional form of Japanese poetry. Haiku poems have 3 lines. The first and last lines of a Haiku have 5 syllables and the middle line has 7 syllables. The lines usually don't rhyme.
TECHNICAL NOTE: When typing into the box, do not hit return. Just use a comma to show the end of the line. Keep typing on one line. You can then select the whole line, copy and paste into a word document to save the file.
